We love hearing from our users. Even when their feedback is the not-so-great kind (how else are we going to improve?). But naturally, our favourite kind is along the lines of what we got from George Favvas at SmartHippo this morning.
It sure gave us the warm-fuzzies, which was especially welcome now that it’s November and that bone-chilling Montreal wind is back with a vengeance. But more than that, it let us know we’re on the right track, and doing good things.
